Grounding refers to simple, practical ways of helping the nervous system settle and reconnect with the present moment.
What This Space Is (and Is Not)
This is a regulation-focused space, not a therapy group
We do not analyze news, debate politics, or process trauma in detail
The focus is tending to the internal experience of living through challenging times
Strong feelings are welcome; overwhelm is not the goal, and facilitation will support regulation.
